A strong fit
Jeep is extremely pleased with this new partnership which will run for 3 years : “ The Jeep brand is extremely excited about our partnership with the Velirium Mountain Biking Festival,” said Ed Broadbear, VP of Marketing, Chrysler Canada Inc. “ It’s our first time as the Official Vehicle Sponsor and Presenting Sponsor of an event like this in the province of Quebec and builds on our sponsorship of similar events in B.C. With a mutual love for the outdoors and great on-trail adventures, Jeep and mountain biking are a perfect pairing. The organizing committee is also very happy with this newest addition to the Vélirium family. “This collaboration makes a great deal of sense. We have a high-quality partnership driven by a long term vision for sports development and events”, says Lisa Linton, Senior Director – Partnerships and experiential at Gestev. This major partner will have a strong presence at both venues, in Québec with urban freestyle event City8, and in Mont Sainte-Anne with the World Cup events, offering the public a chance to win a vehicle of their choice and Jeep equipment directly at the venue.”

DEC is focused on bringing brands and properties together in relevant settings for maximum customer engagement opportunities. The brand values of Jeep and Velirium World Cup XC Mountain Biking are aligned and in a very important market in Canada. A win-win partnership.
